It's very important to us that you get what you ordered as quickly as possible. It takes about 2-5 business days to fulfill orders as clothing is custom printed. Then you should add shipping times of 1-5 days on top of that (depending on shipping service).

Some apparel items are shipped seperately from non-apparel items. We ship from both New York and North Carolina. So please don't be surprised if you receive some items earlier than others.

We do our best to notify customers if there will be shipping delays while waiting for new stock to arrive.

International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes.

All apparel items are custom printed for you. Because of this, we are only able to return/exchange apparel items which are misprinted or defective. Misprinted or damaged items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Returns for wrong size, unfortunately, are not allowed.

Non-apparel items may be returned or exchanged 30 days from purchase date.

The purchase of all sale or clearance items is final. We will not accept returns or exchanges.

All Returns and exchanges must be in resell-able condition. That is, tags must be in place and apparel items must be free of dog hair or any other dust/ dirt, and must not smell of cigarette smoke or other household odors.
